Training logs


Training logs can be a great resource to see how your training has progressed and to see where specific workouts leave you feeling tired for a few days and may need to be changed.
Like today they also show you how out of shape you are. I ran a route today and when I got home and the data loaded from my Garmin 405 to the computer I saw that in the past I finished it in
around 42-43 minutes. Today it was almost 50 minutes. Gotta start somewhere right?
