Weight loss for endurance athletes.

I recently came across an article on TriFuel that discussed weight loss for endurance athletes and how and where many people go wrong.  I saw several elements of the article that I can apply to myself, especially the part about eating whatever I want because I had a good workout that day.  All it takes is several small easy changes to see big results.
